QUALITY MANAGEMENT AS NEW PARADIGM FOR INCREASING MARKET SHARE IN THE SERBIAN POWER CABLE INDUSTRY
Abstract
The scope of this paper is to introduce a new business model based on quality management in the power cable industry in Serbia. The main problem in the Serbian power cable industry is a low market share. In this paper we will analyze the reasons for low market share; this analysis will be our starting point for building a new model. All Serbian power cable producers have suffered shock caused by international sanctions, bombardment and international isolation. Increasing market share is possible through proper quality management in the power cable industry
