ACMEOLOGICAL CULTURE OF PROSPECTIVE COMMISSIONED OFFICERS

The article provides information regarding the problems of acmeological development and training prospective commissioned officers. The research discusses the importance of acmeological approach application and developing acmeological culture in the system of cadets’ preparation for future professional activity. The term “acmeologocal culture of prospective commissioned officers” in the modern system of higher military education in the conditions of the active phase of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reforming is defined. The basic components of development of acmeological culture of prospective commissioned officers (motivational component (positive motivation for achieving acme, aspiration to success, acmeological purposefulness and willingness to self-development), cognitive component (acquiring acmeological knowledge), operational component (developing practical skills, skills to learn, intellectual and emotional skills that promote continuous renovation and enrichment of acmeological knowledge), reflective component (knowledge and skills of self-cognition, self-correction, self-perfection) are determined. All of these components are interrelated and make a firm structure of a personal and professional development of a prospective military professional
