The genome sequence of the springtail, Dicyrtomina minuta (O.Fabricius, 1783) [version 1; peer review: 2 approved]

Abstract

We present a genome assembly from an individual female Dicyrtomina minuta (springtail; Arthropoda; Collembola; Symphypleona; Dicyrtomidae). The genome sequence is 582.0 megabases in span. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 5 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the X1 and X2 sex chromosomes. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 15.59 kilobases in length.
