Vigabatrin-Associated “Acute Encephalopathy”

Abstract

A 6-month-old girl with Alexander disease and hydrocephalus, treated at Children’s Hospital, Tubingen, Germany, developed acute encephalopathy within 3 days of starting vigabatrin (VGB).
