This case study focuses on the perception of higher education teachers about the evolution of their practice and their skills, linked to the use of technology and distance education. In a survey, twenty-three teachers report changes in design and animation of courses, in the use of resources and in the relationship with students. These changes also affect the way they teach. The study shows that the importance of the changes seems related to the number of teaching hours. They are related to the objectives and learning contents as well as the articulation of individual and group activities.
