Abstract
Članak predstavlja kratak pregled modernih dostignuća i pravce daljeg razvoja amfibijskih sredstava za savlađivanje vodenih prepreka u stranim oružanim snagama, pre svega amfibijskih sredstava u oružanim snagama zemalja potpisnicama Severnoatlantskog saveza (NATO), ali i Ruske Federacije i Narodne Republike Kine. Članak prati istorijski put razvoja amfibijskih sredstava, a data je i njihova osnova klasifikacija u stranim oružanim snagama. Pri izradi članka veliki problem predstavljala je novija literatura, pa su korišćeni i podaci sa interneta. Literatura koja postoji u Vojsci Srbije potiče iz sedamdesetih godina prošlog veka, kada se i poslednji put ulagalo u amfibijska sredstva. Poznavanjem amfibijskih sredstava za savlađivanje vodenih prepreka u stranim oružanim snagama mogu se na svrsishodniji način sagledati efekti njihove upotrebe, kao i potreba za inovacijama i ulaganjem u sopstvene resurse. / The article presents a brief overview of modern developments and directions of further development of amphibious assets for overcoming water obstacles in foreign armed forces, notably the amphibian assets of the armed forces of the Parties of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China. The article follows the historical path of the development of amphibious assets.The paper deals with the classification of amphibious assets in foreign armed forces.In preparing the article, there was a big problem to find the latest literature so data from the Internet was largely used. The literature that exists in the Army of Serbia is related to the seventies of the last century, when there was the last investment in amphibious assets.The knowledge on the amphibious assets for overcoming water obstacles in foreign armed forces can be seen as a help in assessing the effects of their use and the need for innovation and investment in the country’s own resources. / В статье представлен краткий обзор современных достижений и тенденций в развитии амфибийной техники ─ средств преодоления водных преград вооруженных сил за границей. В первую очередь, имеются в виду десантные средства вооруженных сил стран-членов Организации Североатлантического договора (НАТО), а также Российской Федерации и Китайской Народной Республики. В статье прослеживается исторический путь развития десантных средств, разработана основная классификация амбифийной техники, используемой вооруженными силами за границей. В связи с проблемой доступа к современной литературе, авторы статьи использовали интернет ресурсы. Литература, имеющаяся в наличии Вооруженных сил Республики Сербия, в основном относится к периоду развития амфибийных средств, то есть, к 70-ым годам прошлого века. Изучение амфибийной техники ─ средств преодоления водных преград вооруженных сил за границей, дает нам возможность реально оценить целесообразность ее применения, а также необходимость инвестиции в развитие собственных десантных ресурсов.
