Updated information on the distributional range of two species of Lygosoma, including Günther’s Supple Skink Lygosoma guentheri (Peters, 1879) and Lined Supple Skink Lygosoma lineata (Gray, 1839). These two species is endemic from India. Presented new information on the basis of examined of few fresh specimens from Gujarat State, India. Also, discussed on habitat & micro-habitat, length and altitudinal distribution range of the species, along with review the published and unpublished literatures. The published literature and present new information indicate that L. guentheri and L. lineata seem to be much more scattered and widely distributed in peninsular India.
