Peculiarities of determining strategic goal of formation of integrated structures in industry

Abstract

This article dwells on the features of determining strategic goal of forming integrated structures in industry, expressed in obtaining a synergistic effect, and which is available in three main directions. The criteria, on which the selection of the target installation of forming integrated structures occurs, are formulated. The types of such structures’ participants and principles of their formation also have determined, the algorithm of goal-setting is built, which is based on the principles of strategic planning.
