The objectives of this research were to. - (1) study the assessment result attheprogram level and (2) prioritize the needsforquality development including proposingquality development approaches. Data were collected fromInternal Quality Assessment reports at theprogram level in theAcademic Year 2021 of nineprograms under AUN-QA. The datawere analyzed by using meansand content analysis. The study revealed that the lowest score of the sum of the average scores of all criteria of every program was 3.71 and the highest score was 3.88. The comparison between quality and thelevel of the needsforquality development according to the criteriashowed thatthe sum ofevery program’s average scores was in the range of 3.00referringtoinsufficient program quality. However, with slightimprovement, it could become sufficient. When comparing between the sum of the average scoresand the faculty’s action plan requirement requiring every programto have the sum of theaverage scores of all criteria at 4.00, it was found that each program did not achieve the goal. Based on the analysis of priority needs for quality development, the first priority was given to AUN8 Output and Outcomes, followed by AUN7 Facilities and Infrastructure, AUN4 Students Assessment, and AUN6 Students Support Services respectively. When analyzing the pointsto be developedas suggested by theQuality Assurance Committee to determine quality development’s guidelines, AUN 8 counterparts with higher achievementsshould be specifiedfor developing and benchmarking both theresult and theprocess, and adopting thebenchmarking result to developthe programs. This research result offeresapproachestocreatetheprogram quality development plan.
