The aim of the current research is to find out the necessary training needs for Arabic language teachers and teachers from their point of view. The research sample consisted of (198) male and female teachers from public schools in the Middle Euphrates region, for the primary stage. A questionnaire prepared to measure the training needs was applied, consisting of (47) items distributed in six areas: the field (lesson planning, lesson presentation skills, teaching methods, the specialized aspect, educational and behavioral, and evaluation). After analyzing the necessary data, the results of the research indicated that Male and female teachers have high training needs, as the general weighted mean was (4.11) higher than the hypothetical mean of (3). On the other hand, the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the teachers' training needs due to the variable of gender and years of experience.
