REQUIREMENTS FOR THE EVALUATION OF RESULTS OF TRAINING OF STUDENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY IN TERMS OF THE COMPETENCE APPROACH IN PRACTICE-ORIENTED EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS
Abstract
The article discusses the problem of resultsevaluation in training students of the University in accordance with the requirements of Federal state educational standards in terms of competence approach. Examines the effectiveness of practical training of University students and the problem of the readiness of graduates for professional activities. Conducted in-depth analysis of changes in the system of quality evaluation of the formed competences, the situation in terms of the application of practice-based learning. The necessity of transformation of the model of evaluating achievements of students, the possibilities of application of innovative methods and modes of assessment. Reveals the reasons for selection of assessment tools for monitoring and evaluation of educational outcomes with the requirements of the competence-based approach. Offers innovative means of assessment to adequately determine the level of competence. Describes the experience of implementing assessment tools in the process of training of students-producers on the example of the module "Psychological basis of the activities of the producer".
