ABSTRACT • In this paper EMI is addressed from a Translation and Interpreting Studies perspective in order to ascertain whether there is any scope for language mediation practices among non-Anglophone academics (not) using English in their teaching and research activities. The study is based on a survey carried out at the School of Management and Economics (University of Turin) and takes into consideration the opinions and attitudes of respondents towards the increasing anglification of higher education.
