FEATURES OF PUBLIC-LEGAL RELATIONS AT SECURITIES MARKET

Abstract

The work views administrative-legal relations at securities market. The topicality is determined by the role of securities market in the modern economy as a mechanism of transferring capital, investing and economy growth, for the normal functioning of which the favorable legal environment is essential. The author analyzes the relations appearing during securities emission and circulation regardless of the type of issuer, and analyzes opinions of various leading procedure specialists on the object of administrative-legal regulation of securities market. The research results in several suggestions on the main directions of administrative-legal regulation of securities market.
