Практические аспекты определения ключевых компетенций грузовых автотранспортных предприятий

Abstract

The technology of identification of motor transport companies’ core competences as a structural element of the resource strategy’s formation methodology from the perspective of integration-and-priority approach is presented in article. Detecting it is necessary for the effective resources management and finds the further development areas. The attention is focused on the core competences’ dynamic characteristics requires constant control and updating strategic plans of the company.
