We have prepared single crystal of layered Mott-insulator FePS3 and investigated the pressure dependence of the electrical resistivity. FePS3 shows a metal-insulator transition between 10 and 11 GPa. In the insulating region, the activation energy increases continuously with decreasing the pressure and it is well extrapolated to the ambient pressure value. In the metallic region, the electrical resistivity is propotional to the square of the temperature within 50 to 100 K.
