Regression model of the role of organizational values and organizational commitment in knowledge management of Marivan Municipality employees

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between organizational values ​​and organizational commitment with staff knowledge management in Marivan Municipality. 195 people were selected as a sample through census. The research method is descriptive survey. The library method was used to collect the theoretical foundations of the research and the field method was used to collect the research data using a questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts using the content and their reliability by Cronbach's statistical test. SPSS software and linear regression statistical method were used to analyse the research data. The results showed that organizational values ​​have a significant relationship with knowledge management but organizational commitment does not have a significant relationship with knowledge management. The results also showed that the variables of human and moral values, human and common relations values, customer quality values, external social values ​​and economic support values, have no significant relationship with knowledge management. In addition, emotional commitment had a significant relationship with the knowledge management. continuous and normative commitment, do not have a significant relationship with the knowledge management. Finally, it was found that emotional and continuous commitment have a significant relationship with organizational values, on the contrary the variable of normative threat has no significant relationship with organizational values.
