THE IMPACT OF THE CONSTITUTION ON SCIENTIFIC AND ARTISTIC CREATION

Abstract

Unlike the instrumental constitutions from the XVIII-XIX century, the contemporary constitutions regulate the majority of the problems related to the organization of the society, the system of the relations between people. Also, the contemporary constitutions establish the fundamental principles related to the vital aspects of the existence of the society: economical, political, social, spiritual. In conditions of deep economic crisis, some aspects of social life, such as scientifi c and creation activities remain in shadow. Starting from this state of facts, this scientifi c approach refl ects the impact of the Constitution upon this segment of the spiritual life of the society. As a result of this study is promoted the opinion according to which the further improvement of the legislation in the fi eld of scientifi c creation and its results should contribute to increasing the effi ciency of science, by transforming it into a driving force of the society.
