doi: 10.12957/geouerj.2016.22180 Satellite images are being more used in many areas of study to plan and manage human activities all over the world.are the main objects of study remote sensing tecniques are more applied in engineering construction that causedsignificant impacts. The interpration of images, maps and information is necessary to analyze the study area. Giventhis context, the aim of this work is point and understand the main geomorphlogic consequences resultant of theconstruction and operation of Gramame-Mamuaba dam in Conde-PB. Observations indicated that satellite images andthematic leaves, generated from Conde leaf 1:25.000, are important apparatus to characterize and analyze the area ofresearch, because they provide qualitative and quantitative details needed for this analysis.
