EDUCATIONAL TELEVISION IN RUSSIAN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

Abstract

This article analyzes the current state of student media of Russia. Special attention is paid to educational television. Student TV of Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia is аnalyzed precisely. Оn the basis of a poll а new model of educational TV is proposed. The main advantage of the new model is that students get the opportunity to create their own programs.
