In order to improve the transfer alignment speed and accuracy of airborne missile strapdown inertial navigation system under strong interference, an improved rapid transfer alignment algorithm is designed, which can adapt to the strong flexure and vibration environment of the wings, wing pylons and so on under the actual flight conditions. The error equation of velocity + attitude matching alignment algorithm and the observation equation of attitude matching algorithm are given. In order to eliminate the adverse effects of wing flexure and vibration on the algorithm, the Butterworth low-pass filter is introduced into the field of transfer alignment. This method significantly enhances the robustness of the algorithm and improves the filter accuracy of the algorithm in the harsh vibration environment. Contrast simulation results show that even there is strong interference of wing flexure, the estimation error of misalignment angle can converge to 3' within 5 s under the excitation of the aircraft wing maneuver. The algorithm does not reduce the rapidity and the estimation accuracy of the transfer alignment, effectively solves the problem that the velocity+attitude matching algorithm is sensitive to the flexure and vibration of the wing.
