Diffusional interaction in tin film – nickel base system

Abstract

In this work a Sn film was deposited on the nickel base of NP-2 sort in vacuum and bimetal nickel-tin compositions have been received. Eutectic formations, arising at the surface of tin film owing to a diffusional cooperation with the nickel base have been found by the scanning electron microscopy method. The X-ray-phase analysis of tin film was performed by using the small-angle scattering.
