The mechanism of public administration by industrial fishing in fresh-water objects (at the example of the Arkhangelsk region)

Abstract

The current state of industrial fishing in fresh-water objects at the example of the Arkhangelsk region has been considered. The analysis of granting water bioresources has been carried out, the comparison of bases for implementation of industrial fishing has been made. The changes in the mechanism of industrial fishing management based on removal of excess administrative barriers have been proposed. Рассмотрено современное состояние промышленного рыболовства в пресноводных водных объектах на примере Архангельской области. Проведены анализ предоставления водных биоресурсов в пользование и сравнение оснований для осуществления промышленного рыболовства. Сформированы изменения в механизме управления промышленным рыболовством, основанные на снятии избыточных административных барьеров
