Organizacja czasu wolnego i formy rekreacji w życiu współczesnej rodziny

Abstract

In the article it was analized the use of free time and recreational time in the family, and the attention was devoted to the motivation to active recreational use of free time. The received results show that despite the fact that the most popular form of the family free time was watching the TV programs, great attention was paid to forms of active rest, in the first place, walking outdoors and cycling. The typical problem for many respondents was an access to sport equipment and that parents were busy with work.
