Surgical treatment of late radiation injury of the soft tissues of the sacrococcygeal and perineal areas caused by combination treatment of the anal canal (clinical observation)

Abstract

Chemoradiotherapy anal cancer is the main one at stages I–II. In some patients after radiation therapy, late radiation damage to soft tissues occurs. The article presents a clinical case of successful surgical treatment of extensive radionecrosis of the perianal region.
