Abstract
The relevance. The complex system of informational materials system presentation on the V. I. Vernadskyi National Library of Ukraine (VNLU) official site requires strict organization and adherence to rules between all of the responsible for content filling process as well as precise regulations fulfillment as well as all of the online editing cycle requirements. The aim of the research. Organization of the VNLU site content filling procedure between all the process participants optimization and a better user orientation. Methodology. The systemic analysis of the source base have been used as well as the research methods application. Novelty. The Internet representation of the library as a scientific organization and the educational institution today as one of the digital education and publishing activity forms. The procedure rules of the site content filling and the rules of information materials publication have been studied. The role and cooperation of all the structure departments, press office and IT specialists have been studied in the context of content generating and uploading on the VNLU site. Practical significance. The study of the consolidated approach experience shows the positive optimization of user-orientated site performance. Conclusions.Considering the latest library sphere tendencies and the real-life informational changes under pressure of SARS-CoV2019 pandemic, the necessity of effective information presentation aimed at the remote users has emerged. It encourages to search and improve the new site performance procedure including sharing and managing site content dutiesamongst all the process participants as it is the communication channel.
