Determining correlation between probability of stability and reliability at discrete systems

Abstract

The existence of correlation between probability of stability and reliability of discrete dynamical systems is proven in this paper. Calculated correlation coefficient shows very high level of correlation. The method for the probability of stability estimation of the nth order discrete systems with randomly chosen parameters is given, also. This method is simple, easily applied in practice and appropriate for the reliability analysis of discrete systems with variable parameters. For the nth order discrete systems reliability can be estimated using derived relations.
