MORPHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS TRANSFORMATION UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF PROGRAMMED WORK WITH 16-YEAR-OLD STUDENTS
Abstract
This study was designed in order to identify, in two different points of time, changes in morphological characteristics of (80) pupils of grammar school aged 16 years (+ - 6 months), under the influence of the programmed work that would encompass basketball practice. A set of 12 anthropometric measurements were appli¬ed. The discriminative parametric procedure T-test for dependent samples was applied in the area of comparative statistics for determining the statistic differences in the variables used between the initial and final state.
