Mechanisms of the regional system of work with schools with low educational outcomes

Abstract

The article presents the structural and functional model of the system of work with schools with low educational outcomes in the Krasnodar Region. The subjects of the system at the regional, municipal level and the level of the educational organization are determined, the distribution of their duties is presented. The five key mechanisms of the regional system of work with schools with low educational results are highlighted: horizontal curating; advance management; permanent seminar at the Institute for education development; municipal schools of the management reserve; information support on the Internet. Presented the author’s vision of their content and key characteristics.
