Abstract

The piperidine compounds from natural or synthetic origin are of a great scientific interest due to his widestatus of biological activities: analgesic, neuroleptic, neurotropic, etc. Chemical and pharmacologicalproperties of the piperidine ring, including 4-aminopiperidines and spiro-4-piperidines are discussed inthis paper.
