Thinker of the twenty-century: Philosophical portrait of prof. Dr. Bogdan Sesic
Abstract
In this discussion, the author discusses some aspects and overview of ideas from the complex opus of a prominent Yugoslav and Serbian philosopher, logician and methodologist, prof. Dr. Bogdan Sesic (Valjevo, 04. 07. 1909. - 10. 02. 1999. Belgrade), one of the greatest followers of famous Serbian philosophers, dr. Branislav Petronijevic and Bozidar Knezevic. It is an exceptional connoisseur of philosophy, in particular the German thinker, a consistent logician, and a rational and critical analyst. In this way, the writer of this text wants to draw attention to this extraordinary thinker who has been unjustly forgotten and neglected by the Faculty of Philosophy and the University of Belgrade, where he once worked and left remarkable original philosophical works as well as studies in the field of more philosophical disciplines . Within the text, the opinions of the followers and students about the philosophical view of the world, as well as his pedagogical work, were also made on the creation of new philosophical followers.
