The health impact of long COVID: a cross-sectional examination of health-related quality of life, disability, and health status among individuals with self-reported post-acute sequelae of SARS CoV-2 infection at various points of recovery
Abstract
Highlights 1. Individuals with long COVID self-report persistently low levels of health-related quality of life, high levels of disability, and low levels of physical and mental health, many months post infection. 2. There was no significant relationship detected between the self-reported severity of acute infection and the self-reported severity of long COVID symptoms.
