This paper proposes a critical remark based within Positive Law, focusing on Copyright Law, and analyzes it from the contemporary transformations of the philosophy of language - specifically in the “Linguistic Turn”. Therefore, from this epistemological mark, this study explores two possible implications for the “Linguistic Turn” regarding Copyright Laws: the resemantization of the “author” and his “work”, which is a result of the criticism of Classical Metaphysics and the Philosophy of Consciousness.
