DESENVOLVIMENTO DE FILMES POLIMÉRICOS NANOESTRUTURADOS DE poli[Ni(α,α’-Me2Salen)]–OH COMO SENSOR BIOMIMÉTICO NA DETECÇÃO DE GLICEROL
Abstract
An electrochemical sensor based on the electrochemically platinum electrode modified with nanostructured polymeric film of poly[Ni(α,α'-Me2Salen)]–OH for detection and quantitation of glycerol was developed. The electropolymerization, activation, electrochemical behavior of the sensor and the electrooxidation of glycerol were investigated using cyclic voltammetry technique. The voltammetric response was obtained in a concentration range from 4,99 x 10-7 mol L- 1 to 4,76 × 10-6 mol L-1 , being the linear response from 4,99 × 10-7 mol L -1 to 3.73 × 10-6 mol L-1 with limit of quantification 38,4 × 10-5 µmol L- 1 , limit of detection 3,82 x 10-6 mol L-1 e sensitivity of 1,82 μA L mol-1 . The sensor showed kinetic characteristics similar to the MichaelisMenten model, and then the kinetic parameters calculated by Lineweaver-Burke and nonlinear fitting curve.
