Régimen jurídico de la zona de montaña pirenaica en Navarra

Abstract

The work studies the legal regulation of the area of Pyrenees mountains in Navarra, with special attention to the normative on zoning and the main instruments therein envisaged. The study begins by introducing the measures contained in the Zoning Strategy of Navarra in order to create a framework of reference and to offer guidance to elaborate the rest of instruments. In addition, the substantive provisions contained in the Strategic Plan for the Development of the Pyrenees 2007-2009 are interspersed, by considering it an integral instrument of development and it is aimed at the execution of economic, environmental and social programmes. The study ends with the rapprochement to the recently approved Plan of Zoning for the Pyrenees, an administrative instrument of statutory character, by analyzing it in the light of the considerations provided for by the several social and political agents within the public information periods.
