FEATURES OF EXECUTION UPON MORTGAGED MOVABLE PROPERTY

Abstract

The article deals with the judicial and extra-judicial ways of execution upon mortgaged movable property and conditions of execution. The authors propose to amend the existing legislation in order to optimize the procedure of foreclosure.
