This study aims to find out: 1) Values of character implanted in Integrated Early Childhood Education An-Nur Sleman Yogyakarta, and 2) The planting of character values in Integrated Early Childhood Education An-Nur Sleman Yogyakarta. This research is a qualitative research. Research subjects are headmaster, teachers and students. Determination of research subjects conducted with purposive sampling technique. Data collecting Technique in this research is interview, observation, and documentation. And data analysis using Miles and Huberman models are reduction, display, and conclusion drawing /verification. The results of this study conclude that: 1) the character values implanted in Integrated Early Childhood Education An-Nur Sleman Yogyakarta based on the guidelines of nine pillar characters from Ratna Megawangi and STTPA that exist in the curriculum 2013. In the guidelines of nine pillars of characters from Ratna Megawangi and STTPA on the curriculum 2013 there are various good character values that can be applied to children.
