Concept of the governmental informational politics in modern conditions
Abstract
The definition of the «governmental informational politics» was viewed in the scientific literature and the legal acts. The influence of the information on the democratic processes in the country during the period of modernization of the political system of Ukraine is studied. The term «informational society» indicates that information nowadays is the first-priority resource. Information can be used by the political parties in different ways and with different scopes (with the scope of winning the elections, mobilization of citizens, their education, explanation of reasons or, on the contrary, aiming to hide the real reasons of the social problems etc.). Reinforcement of the role of information in the society caused development of the informational politics, its formation, definition of its goals, the main directions of its realization and influence of the governmental politics on the political, economic and social development of the country in the period of modernization of the political system of Ukraine. The problem of governmental politics today is widely discussed and creates a demand for research in this field. The actuality of this topic is mainly caused by the fact that Ukraine now is at the stage of formation and development of the informational society and is included in the processes of integration into the world’s informational community. Free access of the citizens to information in Ukraine is defined as one of the priority goals. Governmental informational politics is a quintessence of the country’s efforts directed on the formation of the conscience of the citizens and unification of these efforts directed on reinforcement of the country and its political and civil institutes that form country’s foundation.
