Special techniques of investigation and their evidence in the penal Algerian Legislation

Abstract

Taking into account the technological development of our time, the Algerian legislator pursued that in the field of the criminal investigations, by introducing new methods of investigation into the crimes to reach the authors, these techniques rest on modern technologies, the traditional methods proved their weaknesses and their inefficiency to follow the rate/rhythm of the evolution of criminality, by using authors of methods sophisticated to mislead justice, this study aimed at highlighting the importance of the special techniques of investigation so that the judge is personally convinced of the legal decision.
