A STUDY ON THE CULTURE OF AKHISM KNOWLEDGE IN TODAY’S MANAGEMENTS: THE CASE STUDY OF GUMUSHANE CITY

Abstract

Conscious of Akhism is providing such working principles for success of SMEs and gaining sustainable compatitetive advantages. In this process, its very vital to for enterprises that they have to know adequetely the pointed principles, gaining awareness and pratic avaiblity as well. This study is aimed to scope analysis on knowledge of Akhism Culture and applicability; thus might enhance Akhism Culture reputation on this manner. Under the extent of this study, from enterprises that active in Gümüşhane, random 374 individuals which selected via random sampling method, has been tested with open ended question surveys. According to the research, its seen that survey results are trust worthy and results has been analyzed with SPSS programme. According to the results, its acknowledged that Akhism Culture is lower than the standart knowledge and Akhism application are not favored by present day enterprises.
