In the literary world, many female poets are writing poetry on various platforms such as society, biology, feminism, and worship. Numerous poets have appeared and excelled in the field of renaissance poetry. Bharathiyar guided this type of literature in Tamil. Many female poets appeared. Leena Manimegalai, Tamarai, Kanimozhi, Kuttirevathi, Shakthi Jyoti, and Trisadai are the most numerous in the line of Ambai and Thilagavathi. Among them are Lena Manimegalai and Kotravai who write poems focusing on women's emancipation and anti-patriarchy. Banubharathi is a poet who emigrated from Sri Lanka. Other noted writers are Kanimozhi, Ira Meenakshi, Salma, K. Umadevi, Ilampirai, Kavitha, Kutty Revathi Salma, etc. Poet Malathi Maitri This article examines the poems of the poetess Malathi Maitri, whose poetry is popular today from the social and feminine perspectives. The Poetess Malathi Maitri's collection of poems “Neerindri Amayathu Ulagu” (The World cannot sustain without water) depicts feminist ideas, progressive ideas for a healthy society, opposition to conservative ideas, anger against female slavery, questioning of socially oriented ideas, and criticizing male-centered literary contexts.
