Enfrentar a peste numa vila da Idade Média
Abstract
Particularly from the middle of the 14th century onwards, Europe suffered recurrent outbreaks of the plague, which, due to its high degree of contagion and its high lethal power, served by the complete ineffectiveness of the remedies recommended by medicine, deformed and conditioned the life of the entire population. As time went by, society learnt some ways of minimizing the effects of the disease: and applied them, although without much success. But never giving up. And some of these ways, although supported by other more evolved living conditions, have remained until today.
