Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing of a patient with Behcet's disease and cerebral infarction (1例白塞病合并脑梗死患者的中西医结合护理体会)

Abstract

This article summarizes the clinical nursing experience of a patient with Behcet's disease combined with cerebral infarction. Based on the nursing assessment and syndrome differentiation, comprehensive nursing interventions such as daily living care, dietary guidance, emotion regulation and health education were carried out. Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques including Gancao Xiexin decoction and wheat grain moxibustion were adopted to relieve the patient's dizziness, pharyngeal and perineal ulcers and other clinical symptoms. Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing provides a multi-ways and synergetic approach to relieve clinical symptoms and improve prognosis and quality of the patient with Behcet's disease and cerebral infarction. (本文总结1例白塞病合并脑梗死患者的中西医结合护理经验, 基于护理评估和中医辨证, 在生活起居、饮食指导、情志干预、健康宣教等常规护理基础上, 采用甘草泻心汤联合麦粒灸中医适宜技术。通过开展中西医结合干预, 发挥多靶点、多途径协同作用, 有效改善患者头晕、咽部及外阴溃疡等临床症状, 提高患者的生活质量。)
