Physical training of teaching staff at higher educational establishment of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and attitude of officers-instructors to its improvement

Abstract

The attitude of teaching staff to the modern state of organizing and conducting physical training at higher educational establishment of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and directions of its improvement is shown. 126 officers-instructors took part іn an experiment in age 30-50 years old. The questioning was conducted after an author questionnaire. Тhe insufficient efficiency of the operating system of physical training of teaching staff at higher educational establishment has been confirmed and the reasons of low level of physical preparedness and health of officers-instructors have been exposed. It is definite, that about 50% officers-instructors are skipped the employments on physical training systematically. It is set, that principal reasons of admissions of employments are: absence of time (70,7%), unclear planning of employments (11,9%), large volume of tasks of everyday activity (9,5%). It is sat, that officers-instructors desire to be regularly engaged in physical exercises and sport, the advantage is given by independent employment in the mode of day, directed on the improvement of general physical preparedness.
