Strength training is a form of exercise that has been proven to confer positive effects on parameters and health status, sports performance and physical aesthetics. The objective of the present study was to examine the effects of strength training for 28 weeks on body composition in adult women to provide baseline data for the prevention of obesity and reduced quality of life.
