Pedagogical strategies forming students’ readiness for constructive interaction with people, which actualize the resources of preserving, strengthening and creating physical and mental well-being, and as a result the standard of a person’s culture, which are manifested in the attitude to his health and to the health of surrounding people, are analyzed in the article. Readiness for constructive intercourse and joint work is the source and renewed resources of the student’s efforts in increasing his life strengths and provides the formation of stable models of health-creating behavior. In pedagogical aspect constructive interaction is a single-minded situation of dialogical intercourse of a teacher and a student in a “sanitating” and organized activity of learning, filled with sense, content and emotional-volitional tone. As a result of successive formation of readiness for constructive interaction with other people the resources of the student’s organism and mentality are developing.
