Economic Dispatch of Regional Integrated Energy System Considering Source-storage Collaborative Optimization
Abstract
Given the contradiction between combined cooling, heating and power (CCHP) and the supply and demand of heat and power load in winter, a regional integrated energy system (RIES) optimization model with coordinated source-storage operation was established. On the source side, the system thermoelectric coupling link was optimized, and ASHP (air source heat pump) was used to convert wind power into peak-regulating heat source to expand the connection space of wind power, and wind power consumption deviation under the variable operating mode of ASHP was analyzed; on the storage side, according to the thermal energy time-shifting characteristics of the thermal storage device, an energy storage and discharge model for thermal storage tank based on the RIES operation state was established to improve the thermoelectric regulation capacity of CCHP. The investment cost and operation constraint of the new ASHP and thermal storage device were considered, and the day-ahead optimal RIES dispatching cost was the optimization objective, and CPLEX was used to solve it. The analysis results show that the synergistic source-storage optimization can effectively improve the thermoelectric regulation capacity of CCHP and enhance the economic and environmental benefits of the system.
