Technologia naprawy wysięgnika ładowarko-koparki przy wspomaganiu MES; The repair technology of digger-excavator boom made with the support of FEM

Abstract

Opracowanie przedstawia w sposób syntetyczny problematykę związaną z przygotowaniem i technologią spawania w naprawie ustrojów nośnych urządzeń dźwigowych. Na przykładzie naprawy wysięgnika ładowarko-koparki zilustrowano wpływ zastosowanej metody naprawczej ustroju nośnego na jego trwałość eksploatacyjną. Wykazano, że przeprowadzenie naprawy w sposób niewłaściwy, bez przestrzegania zasad ujętych w odpowiednich normach, stanowi jedynie działanie doraźne, które rozwiązuje problem na krótki okres czasu, po którym wymagana jest kolejna naprawa. Opracowania odpowiedniej technologii naprawczej, zapewniającej wymaganą trwałość eksploatacyjną ustroju nośnego, dokonano przy wsparciu metodą symulacji numerycznej MES. Abstract The paper presents in a synthetic way the problems connected with the preparation and welding technology in the repair of lifting equipment superstructures. For example, repairing the boom digger-excavator illustrate the effect of the method of repair superstructure of its service life. It has been shown that the repairs done improperly, without compliance with the principles set out in the relevant standard is only a temporary solution, which solves the problem for a short period of time after which another repair is required. Develop appropriate technology repair, providing the required service life of the superstructure, made with the support of numerical simulation FEM.
