Anti‐N‐Methyl‐D‐aspartate receptor encephalitis masquerading as fever of unknown origin
Abstract
Abstract Fever of unknown origin (FUO) is a diagnostic challenge. Anti‐N‐methyl‐D‐aspartate receptor encephalitis should be considered in children with FUO and new‐onset neurological symptoms without significant encephalopathy.
