A narrativa dos silenciados, garantias constitucionais e as alterações nos territórios quilombolas titulados

Abstract

This paper presents reflections about the changes and challenges arising from the process of recognition of territorial rights with the issuance of the Collective Domain Recognition Titleon lands occupied by remaining quilombolas. A case study was carried out to analyze the titling of the quilombola community Sagrado Coração de Jesus -Genipaúba River, a floodplain area of Abaetetuba/PA. It was assumed that definitive titling has a positive impact in the community life experience. The methodology usedwas to work with data collected from the elders of the aforementioned community, in which the authors are residents. For that,qualitative and quantitative approaches wereused, considering that the methodological procedures involved brief doctrinal and legislative researches, and also the filtering of informal conversations based on the practical experience of the titled community in question. As main results, it was possible to elaborate an organization chart that describes the paths oftitling, facilitating the understanding of quilombolas residing in the titled territory, as well as assisting those who seek the titling of their territories in state lands.
