Epoxy resin is widely used in the surface protection and repair of hydraulic structures in water conservancy and hydropower engineering projects.However, with the extension of service time, the problem of aging failure of epoxy resin protective and repair materials gradually occurs.Especially, the aging resistance and service life of epoxy resin protection and repair materials are faced with great challenges when they are exposed to ultraviolet, humid and hot hydraulic environment for a long time.In this work, the test methods and specifications of the aging resistance of epoxy resin protective repair materials, the evaluation indexes of aging resistance and the research status of coating life prediction methods were reviewed, and the future research directions were put forward.
